Shipping & Returns

When will I receive my package?
NL: PostNL delivers the mail from monday till saturday. The shipping time takes up from 1 to 3 workdays. Usually your package will be delivered the next working day if you have placed your order before 4.00 p.m. Orders that are being placed on a saturday or sunday will arrive on tuesday.

Europe: The shipping time may take from 2 to 7 workdays.

Internationally: It can take up to around 7 to 14 (even 30!) workdays. 

These are all average shipping times. Don't forget that some circumstances like the holidays, hard to reach locations or due to customs with international shipping, it may take longer.

Can I track my order?
All packages will be delivered in your mailbox. If you choose for the option Mailboxparcel + Track & Trace at the checkout, you will receive a Track & Trace code after we have shipped it. Then you will be able to track your order whenever you want. 

Can I return products?
Unfortunately not. Due to the hygienic nature of all our products, it is not possible to return them. Ofcourse this doesn't apply if there is a manufacturing defect or if you have received the wrong item. With the colored lenses be sure to thoroughly check them in the blisterpackaging before opening them. Check if it is the right color and if there is no damage. If you have opened  the blisterpackaging, you can not return it anymore.

I have received a damaged item, what can I do?
We are so sorry and do our best to ship everything in great condition. Please take pictures of the damaged item and submit for a return shipment in your account. We will work on it as soon as possible. Please take note that this only applies to manufacturing defects or the wrong shipped items. We are not liable for items that are damaged due to transportation.

How do I submit a return shipment?
Please log into your account, if you have made the order as a guest, you must use the same email address to registrate. This will turn your guest account into a customer account. Once logged in, click on View on the page listing your recent orders. This will take you to the overview of the order in question, where you can click Return products at the right at the bottom to create the return shipment.

This will redirect you to a page where you can configure the return shipment. The first step is to indicate which product(s) will be returned. This can be done by specifying a number in the drop-down menu. Products you wish to keep are left to zero (0). The next step is indicating why the products in question are returned. You can choose a reason and a corresponding action in the return shipment Reason or Actions tab. Subsequently you can click Submit at the right at the bottom.

My package has been lost and I never received it?
Unfortunately we are not responsible for packages being shipped without a Track & Trace code. We obtain proof of each and every shipped item, so this shipping method is at your own risk. If you have chosen for shipping with a Track & Trace code, please take a look to see where your package may be. If there are still any problems don't hesitate to reach out to us via your account by submitting a ticket and we will make sure the prolem will be solved.
